On Saturday, March 7, the Yeshiva Maccabees — featuring former Valley Torah High School standout Johnny Dan — earned a 92-69 victory over the UMaine Farmington Beavers in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, held at Panzer Athletic Center at 9 a.m., was the team’s first contest against the UMaine Farmington Beavers in the tournament.
The Maccabees are scheduled to play next on Friday, March 13 at 1 p.m. at the George W. Woodruff P.E. Center.
