  • Search in the Canvas area for questions related to using Canvas (ex: how to submit an assignment?)
  • Search your college area for other questions (ex. How do I add myself to a waitlist for a class?)
  • If you still can't find the answers you need, there will also be a linlk to start an online chat with Canvas Support.
Adding a Class & Permission Numbers

You can still try to add a class on the first day of the class by contacting the instructor and requesting an permission number. If you receive a permission number, please use the SIS Student Portal to enter that number to officially add you to the class.
