Los Angeles Valley College is offering a Winter Session 2021 with online classes talking place between January 4-February 7, 2021.
The Winter Session comprises of short-term, 5-week classes, including a wide selection of CSU/UC transferable classes, career technical education classes for career training, non-credit classes, and classes across all general education categories, including laboratory science classes. The Winter 2021 searchable class schedule is available online on the LAVC Class Schedule webpage.
This Winter, choose offering nearly 200 short-term 5-week almost all offered online; a limited number of classes are offered in-person. Student can choose from two types of online classes:
- Synchronous “Internet” classes that have scheduled, live online meetings noted in the class schedule.
- Asynchronous “Internet” classes that have no online meetings, where students do all schoolwork independently.
