On Saturday, March 8, former Birmingham Community Charter High School standout Gavino Rosales’ current college team, the Azusa Pacific Cougars, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans.
The game took place at Francis Wong Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Vulcans this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 1 p.m. at Cougar Baseball Complex against Westmont Warriors.
