On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Birmingham Community Charter High School standout Jessica Rose’s current college team, the West Alabama Tigers, won 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Spring Hill Badgers.

The game took place at Gulf Shores Sportsplex. This was their first matchup against the Badgers this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 4 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Tampa Spartans.
