The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Los Angeles County rose by $136,500 while total sales decreased by 87.7%.

From January through June of 2022, there were 4,844 homes sold, with a median sale price of $901,500 – a 17.8% increase over the $765,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39,503 homes sold in Los Angeles County in the first half of 2021.
